Background: Fabulous first "friendly" date. Both of us had loads of fun. Talked about everything under the sun to the point of losing track of time. Both of us confirmed the desire to see each other again.

This was two days ago. No phone call or messages. Now what?

drinking I'd wait for him to call me. For the simple fact that some men can be habitual creatures. That is, once you train them, they expect it to stay like that....rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing Laughing because I just pissed off men in various countrieswine Seriously, no harm in waiting, and I was being serious about the training part.wink

So I should train him to do the follow-up call?

Question. Had he been calling you regularly before? And now has quit?

If that's the case, sounds like he mighta jumped too fast and is now getting scared. You might want to call, just friendly hey how ya been doing. Once you call, if you still don't get a call back from him, just drop it and consider yourself lucky to have escaped a commitophobic without too much trauma involved.

If you weren't already hearing from him every day or two, don't worry about it, he's just being a guy. dunno

I have already went through all the b.s. years ago. If you call a guy first, 10-1 odds, you'll be doing it a whole lot. If that's what you want, go for it-I could be wrong (I'm usually not-I do have references giggle) If he's that shy then he needs to find his balls somewhere, and take the plunge. If you give him balls, you will be carrying them.rolling on the floor laughing That sounds stupid, but there is a message in there somewhere, I'm just tired.

Example: Had terrific conversations with someone on here-over the phone, few emails, an im or two. We are supposed to meet this weekend or next. He emailed me and said he'd call me on Monday. He didn't. I deleted his phone number. I figure if he's interested, he'll call and I will get his phone number back, if not, then I won't. Simple stuff really. Yeh, it sucks and it's irritating and it hurts cuz he's hot and funny and interesting, but on the other hand, rather go through this now than later......wine
