It's a dating site if you are open to the idea of opening up yourself and allowing yourself either pleasure or pain. Some don't seem to want to do that, or maybe cannot do that. That's okay, variety is always good. Looks like you got a taker bud!

I have been on dates with several people off here. Some were fun, some liars, some weird, some downright dangerous, all of them interesting...

I also made friends who will be my friends for life.

You appear to be maybe exhibiting little signs of impatience with the site, or maybe the people on it at the moment, but patience, tolerance and hard work will reward you eventually. You just have to systematically target the people whom you want to date and make a concerted effort to make that happen.

Chatting more on here might help that and let people see who you are and what you think about the world.
