Hello everyone, just stopping by to introduce myself. My name (for now)is Hondo, which is a cool Louis Lamour character from one of his novels. I'm a fan of western genre and that's why I chose it! 8) I'm living in NJ and just looking to meet some new people after a bad breakup about 3 yrs ago. Haven't been dating since, well, since I got married in 2000: so I am a bit rusty! I live alone, work in the computer field and walk around on a prosthetic because I got blown up in the big sandbox! Anyway...nice to meet you all and hope you all have a great 4th!!!

Lol...thank you for the welcome....yes: Mr Lamour is the BEST! I read almost every single book of his while laid up in the rehab facility....kept me sane....lol

Dang, that's when I got started on him! I was laid up in a hospital bed completely non weight bearing for 2 months after an accident, my mom brought me all kinds of books, and LL was among them, I loved them! And some really good movies made from them, Conagher is one of my faves, and of course The Sacketts.

Yep! I know what its like! A friend even got me the audio book of one of his novels, I forget which...I kept falling asleep while listening to it...had to get the damn book to find out what happened! I LOVED The Sacketts! And my son's first Lamour book was "Flint"...he loved that one too!
