By the time Obama is done......bin Landen will have a fishing license and and exclusive to fish in the Straits, while oil tankers sit in the
gulf waiting to be attacked by his suciede bombers.

Now Tom give him a chance, Bin Laden already seems to have a hunting license now and not from Obama. He just might learn faster and be smarter than you think. JMO

Skybow there is not an American that does not want to make the trip.

We have been looking at them for so long.......and know our destiny is out there above our heads. We know what a great planet that Earth is......but that does not mean that Mars, or Uraniun, or Titan.....is not just as neat. Sure, we have things to solves and a new ways of life to develop......but evolution on this planet is slow. Way to slow for what is needed for man kind in the next 1000s years. That is part of what this fight is all about.

Think that bin Laden or Sadam.....had any intent of looking up to the planets? to the stars for thier people? Nah...this was all about some wealth for them or for religious ideology. Oppression.

Space gives us a freedom....never known before. It gives us the opportunity to be part of something much greater than ourselves again. The moon....did you know that you can make rocket fuel from the lunar surface? Hydrogen. That they are finding water crystals on Mars? That a moon of one of the deep planets...is they think is mostly water.

There is so much there for us to see.....to learn......to grow into.

Not to mention the very first Alien creature, I run into...I am going to give him Dude's CS net site and pic....and let him pay Dude a visit.:-)
You did see Alien, yes Dude?

Such a great honor for the country of Afghanistan being visited by Barack Obama today.

Obama shows a great amount of understanding the real situation in the area is, all about choosing Afghanistan as the first place to visit.

He will go to Iraq as well and beside visiting some european countries and sure the results of this trip will be great for his campain.

I am really happy he goes to Afghanistan before he goes to Iraq. This man have a real vision and he knows exactly what is going on over there.

I bet, if his visit was as the president of the United states, he would surely receive a huge welcome by milloins of europeans all looking forward to hail an american president once again and for real.........and no "boooooooooooooooooo,s" would humiliate this president or antiwar demonstrations and anti tortur demonstrations and so on would not destroy his visit and he would for sure not being forced to just holding a meeting behind thick walls some where in Europe and then get the hell out as GWB has made "regular" in the last eight years.

Obama,s visitng of Afghanistan , and Iraq brings more hope and McCain brings more fear about even more killed children!

I hope he does not run into those Bosnia snipers of Hillary. I hear they were deadly shots.

And what if in that croud of 1 million Euopeans....there was one man or woman....that booed Obama? Told Obama he was out in left field? That his policies were bad.

What would those 999,999 cheering Europeans do to him/her? My bet is they do what Europeans have done for the ages when it comes to
social dissent. What Hitler did with it. What Musilini did with it. What Stalin did with it. What Milosovic did with it. Europe has not changed.....they can see an American leader with great oratory skills.....but Europe can listen to Obama's message and never hear it.

All Europe wants with a Obama Presidency is a get off the Islamic target list and leave it for another generation to be concerned with.
Europe hopes that a Obama Presidency is going to cool the Global War on Terrorism. They are not listening to him. They have the illusion that when he says....I will give them out in 16 months.....that it goes cool. It ain't going to happen.

His deploy to Afghanistan is going to keep it hot. His commitment to be preemptive...er.... how did he phrase it....fight the threat of the future.
His 'search for binLaden' and for 'loose nuc' are all going to keep it hot.

Well America is pretty cleaned up. Why should America pay for what occurs in the environment of say China? They are stopping all the cars in Peking to halt the emmissions for the Olympics. Is this a US problem or a Chinese problem?

What about Africa? Why don't the Africans pick up the tab. It is their conitent. Mandela comes out on his birthday and says it the obligation of the rich to help the poor. Well Mandela.....find them work....tax your people and make the things you need to prosper and to grow. But is it America problem because, we have made wealth here?

What about India? They have so many religious customs and practices.
You have a cow on the road and no one can legal move it. You have a deadly cobra in a house...and the people cannot remove it. Is it America problem to solve India multi ethnic and cultural issues?

South America.....other stopping the drug flow from S. America.....and some business interest there. What reason do we have to solve thier
dictatorships and political problems? If they want to repress most of their people enough that they want to flee to the US. Which seems to be the case. Why should we medle in thier affairs?

Europe? Zowwy.....Europe. Yikes.......Is it America's problem the next time you get a Milosovic? Or a Hitler? Or a Stalin? Or a Mussulini? Then everyone quickly looks to the USA....and says....what are the Yanks going to do? Are they coming? But why should we....after Europe began to devalued the Dollar....begining the week after 9/11. And took 3 years to find Afghanistan?

The strained relationship of Europe and the USA....began the week after 9/11. Sometime look up the economic phrase "wartime currency profiteering". Something the Europeans have been doing for 100s of
years.

No Dude...America is leaving this planet. We got the moon to visit, Mars to dig, and more places to see.....than any country here on Earth can offer. We have been in your wars, your enthnic troubles, your religious fights, your attempt to make socialism and communism legal governments of the people, your environment crisis of the day, your human right issues, and all the rest......we are out of here. The world can come along....or it can sit here....and enjoy all it has done.[/quote]

America shall lead and using its huge power to make other countries taking care of their environment as well!

Whe Amrica decided to make a whole world war agaisnt terror......did you notice how many countries began to participate in torturing and killing for american administration as well? that is influence and that same war can begin this time agaisnt global warming TT!

A destroyed environment is much more killer and dangerous and cause of new wars and fanatism and so on as nothing else!

Oh Dude! You're a smart guy sometimes, but you somehow miss the obvious. Obama is doing what he's told to do. He's a shell. A walking commercial.

PS...And you definitely have no clue what the average American is like... perhaps because you do not live here all you see are the exceptions which get most of the media attention

So it does not count at all like having relatives there and friends and former girl friends and several trips and stuff? Why shall one really live in a country to know?

Dude....he cannot even come up with a idea on the Strait of Hormuz issue other than...put some windmills up. Condi Rice.....says...they shut it down international waterway.....they got some American gun boat diplomancy coming their way.

Obama would be calling Tehran for a meeting with Pres. A. Then a meeting with PM M. Then a meeting with the leader of Hamas. Then a meeting with a leader of Hezbollah. Then a meeting with bin Laden.
Then a meeting with his next door neighbor....get them all in a conference call.....add in a tech little twist....making a online CAM session......where they all get to adress the issue of the Straits.

By the time Obama is done......bin Landen will have a fishing license and and exclusive to fish in the Straits, while oil tankers sit in the

I know just teasing.

OK Obama threaders....time to get the know the real John McCain.

The article that I am going to quote form come from the Midweek Coverstory, a Hawiian Island Newspaper Magazine
July 9, 2008

The artice was written of John McCain by Jerry Coffee.

Jerry Coffee spent several years in Hanoi Hilton with John McCain.
They are brother in arms, political buddies of the same party, Coffee ran for Hawii Senate office one time. But I hope to show you a different John McCain here....Coffee and McCain have been friends
for a long time. Coffee write as a friend and a man that know John McCain deeply.

The article was sent to me by my retired Uncle....Marine Corp and CIA retirments. Who now resides in Hawii.

Some quote from Coffee article. Also he make no bones about it.....he favors McCain in the election...says so right from the beginning.

"It was hard to believe that it had been 37 years since as POWs in North Vietnam, I was moved from a fairly 'easy' satellite POW camp to
the cavernous cell bays of the medival-like Hoa Lo Prison in downtown Hanoi with 26 other 'bad attitudes'.

"Because you have a bad attitude you will go to a place more harsh." the V snarled. ("V" was our generic slang term for the Communist interrogators)

Here, at what became known as Hanoi Hilton, in cell bay No. 7, I first met Lt. Comdr. John McCain.

His name had been on my alphabetical list of more than 500 other POWS for a couple of years. (My para. They memorized each other names by using morse code in the cells to give each other names.
The idea was if one made an escape, he could confirm the other 500
were still alive.)

Initially after being shot down over North Veit Nam. John had been left to die of his multiple injuries. Untill the introgators learned of his father's rank and position. In a Hanio Hospital they set his broken bones just good enough for the propaganda photos.

"John's complexion was expectionally pale and blended into his premature grey hair (I have heard stories of men in combat to
get full heads of grey hair, in 24 hours time at the front.) and the movement of his frail limbs were stilted from bones that had healed
askewed."

"But his ascerbic wit were undaunted. The twinkle in his eye seemed to spark his very presence. The strength of his charater was immediate clear, hi sstandards were high and weakness or dishonor were hard for him to forgive."

"John had already been offered a early release by the "V". He knew that if accepted, it would be propoganda for them, embaressing to his father and demoralizing to the remaining POWs. This came at a time when none could be certian that our release would ever come, even at war's end. He turned them down flat."

"Sometime in our sleeplessness concided, we would sit up after most of the others were sleeping beneath thier mosquito nets. We talk quietly about our families, our careers, our plans for the future."

"John McCain's POW personage was characteriszed by his courageous survivla, his dedication to duty and his love of the country that his father and gransfather before had served."

End of the POW years
