Come one, come all! We're planning a CS meet & greet in the Knoxville, Tn. area for Mid-August.

Things are tentative right now, but we're thinking about a picnic/campout style get together on the banks of the beautiful Clinch River just outside Knoxville, Tn.

The more folks who are interested - the easier and quicker the details will work themselves out.

The tentative date is Saturday, August 16th, 2008.

Sure think this would be tons of fun for everyone and we'd like to have as many folks here as possible!

Sounds like fun....for a weekend campout or just the one day? Perhaps there could be come carpooling to help with gas expenses. just a thought

Nice to meet you finally!

Our initial thoughts were that we'd set up a picnic meet-and-greet. Most certainly camping is an option: it's all in what folks prefer. There are many campgrounds in the area, as well as plenty of motels nearby.

Carpooling to help get folks here sounds like a great idea Do you know others in your area who might like to attend?

Again, we are in the earliest planning stages and first and foremost need to get an idea of whether folks are interested.

Well, I don't have any camping gear...but sharing traveling expenses with a couple other people would be great.

After all this, she'd better make it -- I wanna' meet Raceway!

I would love to come!!! One question though, how far/long to the location from say the Wal-Mart on Chapman Hwy? I only live 5 min. from there.

Don't own any camping gear myself, although hubby has gobs! It was tough, when we first met, breaking the news to him that my idea of "roughing it" is a 2-star motel!
