OK - I'm starting a new religion, and there is only one thing you have to remember
No 1000 page book to memorize
No off the wall special requirements for certain days of the week
No off limit foods
No fear of being struck down by unseen whatevers

Just one simple sentence

Take responsibility for everything you say and do.

So who wants to join???

jesus' teachings are all about self awareness, amends being responsible

take your own inventory
that was jesus' offer for peace
not poke oter people-

just because people have misused some of the book doesnt mean thats what the book says


if anyone ever took responsibility for themselves and made a most compassionate choice-
if you look at it all on paper-see it as just a story if you like
it was that character called jesus

im just saying

there are many good characteristicsa there that might help in life as a practice...confused

Does your 'new church' have a name? Does it have any hymns?
Does it take collections at any meetings and if so, what do you collect?
Do you do any type of 'charity work'? Bored minds, simple minds and those who may not even have a mind of their own need to know; they would need specifics...lots of details.... now is your chance to throw some light on your church and no, not by flashlight, please!
