Well alot of women tend to do this and alot of men find it off putting. I think better to have a chat with her about it but it depends on whether you want to work at the relationship or not I think. Most men want a relationship but when it looks like the woman is being needy, clingy etc or may be hard work to talk to they switch off understandably. But I am no expert! Maybe suggest being friends??

As to the OP- I reaaaaly hope the girl you are seeing isn't from here, or that could be an extremely cruel way to let her down . I think you should really consider how you do feel about her, as opposed to how you don't feel about her. and if you are sure you could never grow to love her, then tell her gently that you don't think you will ever feel the same way about her, and that it is only fair to her, to look for that from someone else
