Just about every relationship I have been in has been that way. For some stupid reason I always think if I just do "this different" or "that different" it will make things better. Big mistake. I hate letting go of people I love, I definately think more with my heart then with my head!

Yeah me too although I'm trying to change. Personally i think it takes two to work on a relationship and make things better and you can't do it all yourself.....

Most people do that, I think. Don't want to be known as a "cut & run" type...plus, want to be able to say you gave it your best shot.

oh ya, incureably so, always thinking there's a way around the probs .. but it takes two and some people get soooo entrenched in their position during an arguement that changing position would affect theyre pride and that means they can't change it at the risk of lossing "face' or "feeling" in the wrong.

Relationships don't usually survive stubborn right/wrong stances.. JMO Am I right? smile

yes...my second marriage. We stayed together for 16 years. I did it because I was a Christian and was worried what my testimony would be if I couldn't work out our differences. I was miserable, put a good Christian should bear that...after all, look what Jesus bore!!

I came to hate that woman...but pretended to love her so I would look good in front of the church.

It never got any better...till I buried her under the front step!!

JUST KIDDING about the burying her. it was getting to serious.
