Saw a network news story last evening on a 12-year-old girl from Oregon who has started a web site to help get homeless pets fed. All one has to do is click on "freekibble.com" and 20 pieces of kibble will be donated to the cause! If you go to this site, you'll have the opportunity to donate both dog and cat kibble!!! You can click on it every day!!

I'd like to someday shake this little girl's hand. She is making a difference in the world. If you believe that her efforts should be rewarded, perhaps you (and your friends) would like to check out the site and "donate"

Saw this on the Today show and went immediately to the site and told all my e-mail buddies too. The little girl is an angel!! If I would, I would take in as many abandoned pets as I could.

Regarding the "nobEL," don't know about that, but definitely, I feel her efforts should be acknowledged and rewarded!

Hope you'll be able to get down South for our meet-&-greet!

Dorielle, GREAT TO SEE YOU, LADY!! Hope you're doing well today.

Interesting that you would mention the rice site, as that is the site this little girl based her program on! I shall direct my familiars to the rice site (if you'll be so kind as to give us the site name!!)

Am all in favor of helping out where one can, most especially since it is so very simple in both instances!!

Have a great evening!! wine

sorry, as much as I love animals, I do not fall for these little heartfelt stories. Usually a parent behind it trying to get free publicity for their kid. I will donate to local charities for animals..I know where my money goes then!!

Sweet little kids stories are usually adult stories who are begging for attention!!

I bel;ong to the Eagles lodge and donate all my loose pennies to the local animal shelter!!
