I'm surprised you didn't know this...this has been going on for decades...probably before my time (I'm old as dirt). as far as "who" sells them...been many...I used to make and sell "bamboo bongs" down at the saturday Market along with "Bamboo flutes" anyway,,,paraphenelia will always be there. where do you think a junkie gets needles??? the pharmacy,,of course man,,lol this is old news and I doubt going anywhere in the near distant future.

use to love watching Miami Vice

Customs and Vice chasing the Drug boat, the guys would lean on the throttle and leave custom wipeing their faces from the spray.... Some of them boats were awesome... then I seen a show on all the problems Miami had and all the central American countries Looting of it I changed my view...

But I still love dem boats...
