You need to grow a thicker skin and believe totally in yourself. You'll probably be called worse things than this before your lifes over. If there's one thing I've learn't in my life, it's that there is always someone ready to try and put us down.

A similar thing happened to my son though a couple of years ago when he was your age. Him and his then girlfriend were walking through a shopping centre when suddenly 3 girls aged about 18 started laughing at his hair and acne and calling him ugly. Which probably wasn't the wisest thing they ever did as his girlfriend has a temper straight out of hell and was very protective of my son when she was dating him

Anyway, she went verbally mad at the three girls and threatened to throw them down the escalator and they all ended up in tears and not tears of laughter either

So, I do think karma does work and one day the girl who hurt you will get a taste of her own medicine, one way or another

First off when they do something like this, be polite. I know it sounds stupid but it make her look bad if you say something like Well, it was great meeting you, and walk off insted of being like every other guy and either mopping off or name calling.
Next don't let getting shot down crush you it happens all the time, just keep at it. If this one blows you off be polite leave and move on to the next one.
