What to cook

Posted: Jul 14, 2008, 5:39 PM CST
I'm needing some advice as towhat to cook for my ex-boyfriend(considering getting back together)
He was in a water skiing accident this past weekend & tore a muscle in his leg.
I told him I'd cook him dinner tomorrow night.
He told me to surprise him.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.help

The ribeyes will be on the grill in about 45 minutes. Tater salad is done & chillin, cut up some melons last night. I have to keep it simple tonight, I think I may go out and attempt to find my next EX wife.....devil

Go bye some real good dark roast coffee (fresh ground), mix half n half with sea salt. Rub steaks generously. Always allow beef (steaks) to come to room temp. before cooking..wink

Get out the grill....throw some 2-inch T-bones on there. Get some potatoes wrapped in foil and throw them in the coals. Get you some corn on the cob (in the husks), unwrap slightly and put a some salted butter up under the husks and then rewrap. Put the corn on the rack with the steaks and voila'! A meal fit for a king wine Don't forget the buttermilk biscuits and mile high apple pie to go with it now wink
