As it is the 1 year Anniversary of her husbands passing away , she's really having a diffucult time right now. Knowing all the great people on here , I was hoping that in some way you could help give her support thru this hard time, and to offer advice as well.

An angel is on its way to her now

I think the first anniversary of losing someone is always the hardest to bear and each one thereafter becomes a little bit easier to cope with, as time helps to heal...

I usually cope with things like this in one of two ways.

1) I spend the day reflecting on the good things I used to do with the person I've lost and try and do something positive to celebrate their life and the good memories I have of them.

2) I keep so busy that my mind has no chance to dwell on the grief..
