As it is the 1 year Anniversary of her husbands passing away , she's really having a diffucult time right now. Knowing all the great people on here , I was hoping that in some way you could help give her support thru this hard time, and to offer advice as well.

I think the first anniversary of losing someone is always the hardest to bear and each one thereafter becomes a little bit easier to cope with, as time helps to heal... rose

I usually cope with things like this in one of two ways.

1) I spend the day reflecting on the good things I used to do with the person I've lost and try and do something positive to celebrate their life and the good memories I have of them.

2) I keep so busy that my mind has no chance to dwell on the grief..

I hope you manage to get through this and you feel better soon hug

We all have some sort of tragedys in our life..

Its really hard to overcome sometimes...

But i know that i have found with friends on CS...and family..they will
help make it get easier...

It does get easier in TIME....but we will never/ever forget....

My heart goes out to you sweetie...
