Ignoring everything else,,,,Jail food is apparently somthing that you have not had or your cooking (at the least) should not be done.

Hey Leo. Living life to the fullest is defined by each of us and it changes thru age. That saying itself doesn't give the most important part--how? The trick is finding out what works for you. I know the answer for me (for at least today anyway).
