Does not matter that they detained in a foreign land where US
jurisdiction is non existant.
That they are not US citizens.
That were either in a para military or military unit.
(Geneva Convention).
That there is not a soldier in the service is trained to give Maranda rights.
That just by merely associating with the CIA and the US Military in a foreign country.....where they were shooting at them.....they
should be offered the same Miranda Rights as in US .....is totally crazy.
It is not crazy at all TT but oak in your eyes of course it is crazy my friend! You are a supporter of GWB so it is all right.
There are differnet point of views here in this world and differnet individuals thinking differently about these views and at then....people will be able to think things through and voting of those politicians they find best for taking care of the jobs they Have to take care of.
Beside I heared in the news that in 2002, CIA agents were given the "right" to use tortur if they beleived that the tortur would not lead to psychologiacal dammages for those they should interrigate in the Bushneys kind of war against terror...these agents would have the immunity later on almost no matter what their methods would result in.
Really terrible to think of that "immunity" in deed and again one of the main reasons a lot powerholders of time in America should be trield in internatioal tribune of law and be questioned a out "What the Hell did you do, and How the hell Could you do that?"
In wars TT....there are rules and regulations as well! They shoot at you of course they do.....it is a war you know? People defending them selves no matter who the attacker is and no matter what the rest of us think about the ones we are attacking. Prisoners of War are prisoners of war and that silly Ramsfeldt "discovery" calling them "illegal combatents" does not justify tortur and they do have a right to have a lawyer and to know what exactly they are charged for.
It is time for well educated people with knowledge and care for international rules to take over in America one more time........
Oak! When you succed move to Mars......then make new rules! Until then.....America is a part of planet earth
