the bible is not about relegion, the bible is about trueth....christ was'nt about relegion he was of that trueth...jesus was always bashing the relegious leaders of that time...a good definision of relegion is this...relegion is mans attempt to bridge a gap to GOD....there is nothing we can do {..ie...''good works''...} to please a holy GOD...we are sinners...all of us...it is inharant...we are born in sin...GOD can't have anything to do with sin or sinners...but, GOD has bridged a gap to us...that bridge is what christ did in our place....the sins of the world were cast on him....thats what christ meant, in the garden, when he said...''if there be any other way, let this cup pass from me''....he was'nt talking about the crusifixion...and when christ died...the bible says the vail was ripped ....the priest's of that time, kept holy things of god behind that vail and they would make prayers for you behind the vail...the vail was ripped to show us that we did'nt need anyone to pray for us...we could pray for ourselves, threw christ..........there are alot of relegions out there, and the one thing they have in commen is, they all say ...if I do this or, if I do that, i'm ok, i'm good with god....and thats totally opposite of what the bible says...the bible says that ALL our good works are as filthy rags in the sight of GOD....and today we have alot of relegions saying that god is going to bless you and make you rich...{if you will give to the church} well, what does the bible say about money?....hmmm...check it out!!!...and besides that, what IS the church...?....the church is'nt an organinazation...its not the vatican and the pope....its not jerry farwell...its the people who are in need......if you want answers about the bible and GOD...go read the bible....and by the way...bible is a greek word, that means book....the important word in the title ''the bible''....is THE...it IS, THE book..............

Ronald Eldon Wyatt (1933 - August 4, 1999) was an amateur archaeologist (he had no training in the discipline and held no professional position) and author who claimed to have discovered many significant biblical sites and artifacts.

The more mainstream branches of the evangelical movement are not any less skeptical: Answers in Genesis has called some of Wyatt's claims fraudulent,[3] and one Seventh-day Adventist professor of archaeology sums up Wyatt's Noah's Ark and anchor stones claims in these words: "While the Durupinar site is about the right length for Noah's ark, [it is] ... too wide to be Noah's ark. Wyatt has claimed that the "boat-shapedness" of this formation can only be explained by its being Noah's ark, but both Shea and Morris have offered other plausible explanations. Likewise, Wyatt has argued that the standing stones he has found are anchors, while Terian is aware of similar stones outside the Durupinar site area that were pagan cultic stones later converted by Christians for Christian purposes."[4]

Dismissed by the mainstream as a pseudoarchaeologist, Wyatt and his followers in turn dismissed their critics as motivated by personal spite and/or anti-Christian animosity. Wyatt's official organization, Wyatt Archaeological Research (WAR), claims that the IAA have always been well aware of the excavations and issued "verbal permits" for most of them and official permits to all WAR excavations since 2002. Nevertheless, the only evidence of WAR involvement in a legitimate excavation sanctioned by the IAA relates to WAR part-funding of a 2005 dig.[5]
