What did I do about it? I drove back into town & stopped at a service station for the strongest coffee they could offer & I didn't talk about it till almost a week later with my (then) wife.

To answer #1- Id think someone was messing with my head and instantly be reminded of that one Jim Carrey movie where his life is a tv show.

As for #2- I d ask myself if there was a med I need to be taking or something I'm on that I need to stop taking
