I went menopausal at 31 after 7 pregnancies in just over 5 years. (I lost 4 babies at 6 months pregnant each time). I was depleted of oestrogen, and had the symptoms reversed over the next two years with HRT.

I was fine until I reached 47 and I went for real this time. Couldn't stand the symptoms, hot flashes ever 30 seconds, no sleep, mood swings, sore, and got all the associated illnesses including fybromyalgia and arthritis (osteo and rheumatoid). I was almost paralysed with it. I had tests done again and found that it was a complete absence of oestrogen and was given oestrogen replacement this time and have never had a symptom since. I am 54 now and feel 30 and my body has no signs of menopausal asociated symptoms at all now.

There are different routes for different people and there are just so many different ways to get relief. I find there is no point in suffering if you can find a solution that keeps you active and healthy.
