I bet it's to even see the autism in them. I worked with a kid that was way high functioning, I questioned the reason why he was in the program. I couldn't tell if he had any signs of autism, til someone told me he has aspergers, nothing severe.

Yeah, you don't notice it until you get to know them, spend some time with them...then you see ways in which they are a bit different than the other kids...that is why they are considered "high functioning" wink Not enough to hinder them in anyway wave
