I'm a bricklayer,and I DON'T LAY 1000 bricks a day.
I take my time,I LAY 300...BUT I make sure the joints are all 3/8 of an inch and SMOOTH always wash my walls after.

Me,I'm blessed,I WAS TAUGHT TO LAY THE BRICKS FROM A 73 YEAR OLD ITALIAN contracter,who built his first chimney whe he was 16.......and we didn't have a machine to mix the mortar,we did it old school....by hand.

Very interesting Wall I did brick work for 12 years, labored a lot of those was a big reward to finally get a spot on the wall, LOL no pun intended
