Way too many trees, and don't tell me to cut them down, I love my trees. Besides the shade helps in the summer with cooling costs.

i only pay 155 a year taxes-

my house is 1100 sq ft. so 250 gal propane-i wear a sweater in the house and turn it up to really about 62-65 only even if it is 12 outside...i made it oct to april year b4 last-one tank plus 100 this last year...but propane is higher now and will continue to rise...
