I wonder. I always do it at the first meet and I don't know if it is good idea. I don't tell story about my son because I don't find it very interesting for others.

I always mention that I hva three children.. almost straight away..

So that if they want to step away from the vehicle they have the chance do that, sooner rather than later.

Yes, I know but some person can speak only about their kids. What they do, what they eat, etc. Rather boring.
First meet I mean also first contact.

hi, just butting in...

i went out with guys who have a kid or kids (no, they're not married nor they have girlfriends, don't ask me why i knowlaugh devil ) and they told me way before the first meet and it's pretty admirable for guys not to hide that and i agree that single parents should tell those that they're going out with firsthand rather than keeping this fact "for a while".

And yeah, if the woman/man don't like it, both parties would be able to save each other's time.

IMO

I never hid my child, but I also didn't introduce him to a parade of surrogates until I had a reasonable incling they would be significant people in my life first.... that didn't work out too well either.. hmmm

That is sooo true it would make it very hard to maintain a relationship if the kids were not accepting it.
