Come on Trish123, I know you must have 3 or 4 bibles the way you argue.

Dont need them Darling, I have no idea where my Bible actually is, the house is full of books as Im sure some of my freinds here will attest.

Theres a brilliant Incredible String Band song which has the title, and which explains my sentiment fully - I will post the song on vids in a moment - its called - " each moment is different " its now............

Probably some people do but mostly the bible passages on here are taken from evangelist websites - loads of stuff on here is from the 'daily christian' - some of it is so flippin obvious too - its nicer when people use their own questions in their own words though - in my own opinion of course

But the notes they take from there are still originally from the Bible?

I have a follow up question to this when we have reached 100 votes. cool

I have 2 at home. One used to be my father's and the other I bought years ago.

And no, I'm not very religious. But yes, I am Christian (one that doesn't go to church though)...I don't know, I just like sleeping in on Sunday and have no plans for nothing on a day like that.

Hey Mike, I have noticed 'certain' people trying to claim some of the ancient beauties, such as yoga for instance, as the right of the christian God - what do you think of this - do you see it as a travesty of hhuman righteousness as I do? dunno

I have seen a lot of referals to passages in bibles, and I wonder, do you have a bible at home? I am only familiar with the protestant versions, so I dont know what you call yours.

As long as you vote you can do what you want with this thread.
I have the King James Bible at home.

Patience my dear, patience rolling on the floor laughing

The thing is, that with too few votes the question looses its point completely. I need some statistics, even if already now, it shows a different picture than I thought.
