As far as my proposal, I proposed to my ex fiance at Epcot Center during the Illuminations laser and fireworks show.....it wasn't exactly a surprise, we had talked about it, but it was good nonetheless.

I don't remember exactly what was said - I think I have purposefully blocked it all out.....it was romantic nonetheless.

I took her and her daughter to the amusement park, we had cotten candy, and I gave her a poem sealed in an envelope with a ring.

Not right away, mind you. I waited until we were on the carousel, going round and round, and I handed her the envelope and said, "What if life were a carousel? Would you stick around and ride it with me?"

I bought 800 balloons, spent all day blowing them up because I couldn't afford an air rental. I filled the bedroom with them to the point of being able to close the door and had left a small parcel in the middle of the room, with a soda can tab in a little box. rolling eyes but she loved it all..never did get a real ring.. hmmm

We were laying down watching a movie, when he said, do you want to get married. I turned and asked are you talking to me as it was just our second date. I said sure why not, and three months later we were married.
