I've had bad experience with that stuff as did my bro in law. Its not really curative. Consistent maintenance visits to an accomplished chiropractor can be more helpful even in cases of arthritis. IMHO.
the cartilage is inflamed for a reason, reducing the inflamation only masks the cause, and the body is actually charged with producing that inflamation and it's attendant pain as a warning to do something about it, the displacement, that is the real cause.
