Ken you are a good man and you know it.
That bad murdering man used his bipolar disease as an excuse to save his own ass.
And stop letting some uneducated and inexperienced person make you feel bad about who you are because of your disease.
Keep teaching people the truth , people need to know to get the stigma off of it.
Your disease does not make your heart Good or Bad, there for it does not define who you are and you know this.

Oh Ken, many people are BiPolar, that in NO way makes you a horrible person! And by the way, there's nothing wrong with a 'pity party' as long as you're not being abusive or lashing out at the ones that care for you...So take your time...when you feel better...come back! hug

I, too, will ignore this and respond. There are plenty of people out there who are nice and bipolar. One of my best friends is, and he couldn't be a nicer guy.

I was diagnosed with it, but either it went away or I learned how to regulate it on my own. (I think it went away with my 3rd divorce, lol...I was diagnosed with several things that went away when I got away from him.)dancing
