Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side. With a 5-lb potato sack in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.

Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.

After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato sacks. Then try 50-lb potato sacks and then eventually try to get to where you can lift a
100-lb potato sack in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute. (I'm at this level.)

After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each of the sacks.

With all the exercise you are doing let me help you out with an easy to do look after itself chicken recipe.

Delicious Chicken Recipe with
Popcorn

Here is a chicken recipe that
also includes the use of popcorn as a stuffing - imagine that!
When I found this recipe, I thought it was perfect for people like me, who just are not sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out.
Give this a try.

Size 18. chicken
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing
1 cup of uncooked popcorn
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 220c.

Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper.
Fill cavitywith stuffing and popcorn.
Place in baking pan with the neck end towards the back of the oven.
Listen to the popping sounds.
When the chicken's arse blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across
the room, it is done.
