most expensive pair are a 1940 original chanel shoe (a modest 3 inch heel) now they are valued just over the grand .

im an extravagant shoe buyer ,counter in head has hit the 251 mark, iv not counted in about 2 weeks but its not a fetish, i collect them , from vintage to remakes .obviously tho i do have my modern shoes ,and im the proud owner of 2 pairs of jimmy choos

when cons not home i walk the house in nothing but my shoes ,i have certain pairs for certain days ,if im grumpy then my red heel and sole shoes from christian louboutin (red underneath is his trade mark) . if its a girly day then i have more options

nothing says i love you better than a good pair of shoes ,and i happen to love myself a lot

I lost a pair of 1930's once once on a house move - I was gutted - they were round toed, black suede with 3in or so heels - that was back in the days when i could wear heels and they made me feel like a million dollars when I wore them.......

I could fit this in here:

Cut out from Walking In My Shoes - Depeche Mode

Now Im not looking for absolution
Forgiveness for the things I do
But before you come to any conclusions
Try walking in my shoes
Try walking in my shoes

Youll stumble in my footsteps
Keep the same appointments I kept
If you try walking in my shoes
If you try walking in my shoes

Morality would frown upon
Decency look down upon
The scapegoat fates made of me
But I promise you, my judge and jurors
My intentions couldnt have been purer
My case is easy to see

Im not looking for a clearer conscience
Peace of mind after what Ive been through
And before we talk of repentance
Try walking in my shoes
Try walking in my shoes

Funny really, I bet I walk more miles than most of you.

And spend a fraction of the money on shoes than most
of you.

Funny old life, isn't it.

Started to count my shoes and stopped at 100 pairs and thats not counting the dozens of pairs of flip flops.

I buy at least one pair every week, am lucky I have small feet and can buy most of them in the kids dept so much cheaper.

Most expensive pair I have cost me 185 euros when I was going to a wedding last year.
