I'll agree to disagreehandshake , King Cerole took some beating, the sound track, the director (micheal curtiz..also directed 'casablanca') and of course Walter 'maxie fields' mattau ckc it out

I've heard a rumour (from a very good source) that in the early 70's..Elvis started to make a record called 'Duets'<---serious...NOT the jerry lee/orion album...but the Col. pulled the plug on the idea..some tracks were put down with elvis and carl perkins aswell as elvis with jerry reed( nothing to do with us male/guitar man sessions)..the tapes are some where btw the hands of George Klein, Rca/SonyBmg, and the presley/perkins estates...has anybody heard anything?????

I did some research and in 1962, the Elvis Presley musical Kid Galahad was filmed there. It was filmed at the Garner Ranch in Garner Valley in Idyllwild,Ca.

more triva...Kurt Russell got his 1st acting break in an Elvis film...It happened at the worlds fair...he(K Russ) wus the kid who kicked Elvis on the shin...Later in 1979 K russ. played the lead role in the movis 'elvis'...

I would agree with Ship....the king/queen of Rock and Roll is Little Richard and he ain't dead. I loveddddddddddd him in the Geico commercials!
