This song is stuck in my head as well as Kid Rock's "All Summer Long". Throw in Coldplay's Viva La Vida...those songs were on all the time back in the States and it is no different here....

I don't have any remedies for this....unfortunately

Any suggestions?

Turn off the radio and listen to the music of life and the world around you. It's every bit as addictive and beautiful, but doesn't get stuck in your head to the point of distraction. thumbs up

I tried that today, but as I started walking in the woods, it started raining, then I started reminiscing of my sunny vacation home....then the songs began again....lol

Then maybe do the reverse...add those songs to your Mp3 player & you may just get sick enough of them that it won't matter wave

What weekend??? When??? I don't stand people up so you must've made the arrangements with someone else dunno

We've been having another heat wave up here. Last week we were up into the 112 for a few days. Today they're saying 102. It's 8:44am & 72 right now. This week is supposed to be cooler (in the 90's).

*thinking I should've pushed harder to meet...would've put the transvestite to shame* angel devil

I knew that...lol (no one's ever serious towards me anyway..lol)

So far the a/c is still working, but the unit at work is questionable...Friday it started blowing hot air about 5:00 (think it was trying to tell us to go home?) and the office got up to 83 (not good)...hopefully it'll be done with it's tantrum tomorrow laugh

I pick another song that will probably get stuck in my head and play that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. dunno

As most people have stated, just pick another song. The Numa Numa song or Crazy Loop does wonders for me.

Ps: I really feel your pain as that "I kissed a girl" song is not only really annoying, it's on all the time, so even if you do get it out of your head it'll be on again when you walk by someone who's got their radio cranked up, lol.

They don't play I Kissed A Girl around here anymore because parents got upset and complained to the radio station. mumbling But it's perfectly acceptable to listen to Mariah Carey singing about having sex! frustrated

I find if I play a song continuously for a few hours, I'll get bored of it and it won't stick in my head anymore. grin
