I was quite an active member during the winter months and due to work, play and lack of a computer have not been on line for the past few months. I´ve been struck how angry and hostile so many of the men seem to be regarding women. I don´t think I´ve seen one thread that hasn´t had some comment about women only wanting a guy for his wallet, or prefering guys who treat them like crap, and so on.

Ladies... have you noticed this, or is it just me, and if you have what are your thoughts.

Men... are you seeing this tendency and if so do you really think those types of post will attract women to want to get to know you?

We´ve all been through difficult relationships and suffered pain and loss but I don´t see that all this negativity about the opposite sex is helping anybody.

Yes I know that women can be negative and defensive as well, but this question is regarding the men.

No, Leo´s a love and never puts women down... in fact just the opposite, even though he´s been hurt in the past he obviously loves women and shows it in his posts.

You´re right... I think it does scare women away... I randomly flashed through about 20 womens profiles and didn´t see any comments about 6 pack abs or good career.

For myself it is important that a person has a good work ethic man or woman regardless of what they do, they should do it well... I don´t think that´s being shallow or having unrealistic expectations.... and why,why why would you be on a dating site and want to scare women away??? dunno confused

Well, it's like this, at this time in my life, i really don't know what i want, i came to this dating site< wanting a date, or to find someone, but now i believe nah, it's the forums why i stick around ya know, i gotta get crazy in the forums and show my bannana hammock?

Ok, all kiddin aside, Yeah maybe a good career would be a bonus, but i would date a lady that is a garbage truck driver , heck think of all the cool stuff she can find...

But i mean, why do you want to scare ppl away,i dunno a lot of ppl i have met women, and men, have a sarcastic, kinda security blanket, they use if someone gets too close, it happens in real life, why not the Internet?

As for the 6 pack abs thing, welll, don't have any proof of that but why isn't carmen electra married to ralphie may?
