Accoridng to Sky, Biden is the 'chair' of the Foreign Service Committee that Obama sits on. Chair decide what hearings and investigation that the committee do. They decide the order in which legislation comes to the committee for vote to take to the floor.

Senator Biden.......in his chair of our Foreign Service Committee has made ONE hearing on the Iraq war and none on Afghanistan. The Dem
sit in Congress complaining about them both.......and a Dem Chair.....keeps anyone them from having a hearing on them.
Biden set the schedule of the Foreign Service Committee up so it
would help Obama get nominated and to keep the American public in the dark about what was going in Iraq.

See those hearing are 'sworn testimony'.......without 'sworn testimony' to the events....the Dems and far left could make up any story of Iraq that they wanted to without any contridictions or opposing testimony that swon under oath to be true.

OK been getting some reading in of teh most WSJ. They have an articles on one of the first contacts that the Russians claim started the
conflict.

They said it was a Georgian attack of a civilian town (Ossetian) outside Tvaerksiki that began with small arm fire....then artillery...finally tank assault. That the Georgian kidnapped several of the towns folks and killed 7 in the August 7th attack.

Evidence that they have......Georgian cigarette packages and ammo casing, food packages and munitions left at cemetery....and the kidnapped victims that have been released after being taken to the Capitol city.

Well CSers.........the Russians, the Osseitan militia, the Georgians all use the same kind of Russian made weapons....munitions and meal packages.

If you want a package of Turkish, Canadian, or Cuban smokes.....give me a week, I can find you some.

And if you were the Georgian leaders and military and these people that you have taken hostage were going to be able to confirm that you started this little shin kicker of a fight........would you release them?

We did! It was a beautiful day to drive through the Smokies and the company was fantastic, the food absolutely mouth watering, I came back $420.00 and change ahead, oh and did I mention that the company I kept was just absolutely wonderful?

If the Rueter poll was correct. That McCain had Obama 46 to 41 at this time. It means that McCain can get 5+ to 10+ bumb from the 61% an 67% Democratics that don't like the ticket. That would give him a 51-56% majority and the Presidency.
