It's not whether they have regard for victims they take into account....because obviously no criminal does...it's whether they have genuine remorse for their crime which is taken into account during sentencing!!!!!!!!!!

And also plays a role in how they are categorized as to whether they are likely to re-offend...a prime example of one who is likely to re-offend is one who refuses to take responsibility for their crime...and thus refuses to get any treatment or help while being incarcerated....there are instances where some know how to play the system and will do these things in the hopes of getting out sooner by being pegged as less likely to re-offend...but it doesn't mean that they won't!!!!!!!!!!!

So a rapist who imagines they have regard for their victims should be classed as more dangerous than one that doesnt?

It depends on the individual case , but as a general rule of thumb an opportunist perpetrator is less likely to reoffend than one who imagines they have regard for their victims

There is no regard for victims...there is only remorse....no criminal has regard for victims...otherwise they would not have done the crime....professor

Why are you in here attacking?

If you do not like what you are reading, or cannot contribute anything longer than three sentences, then do not bother.

in a large number of cases yes but they do have the lowest reofence rate ( I think we can all agree that 1 case reofence is too high)
