I often wonder the very same thing.

It's called self-destructive behavior.

It is sad when someone does this.

It's like they want to destroy themselves on purpose.

There is someone that I've mentioned this same thing too, but this individual evidently doesn't see things that way...One thing I'm discovering the hard way...You can't help someone that doesn't want to be helped...They don't see themselves as having done anything wrong...
