I had a very interesting day today. I think that I got John McCain a lot of votes today.

Let us just call it the 'revenge of the white haired ladies'.:-)

I took my mom into a DR. appointment. The office was busy and the wait was long. So we are sitting there watching the TV and the game shoe....Family Fued is showing.

This elderly couple (late 70s) sits down beside us and they are watching the show and conversations begin. He is the former designer of the Orlando International Airport.....a massive complex with about 30,000 employees.

So the Fued game changes to two black families competing against each other. My antennea for social realization moment comes up. My mom and his wife are sitting together. A Fued question is.......Name something that your friend has not done for 5 years?

We are guessing at answers...if you know how the game is played.
Both my mom and this lady...say at the same time......'work'....as the black man is trying to get an answer out.

I am thinking to myself......there is what Barak Obama said about white women being racial......ONLY. They say it together.....and then begin to giggle about it. And the very next answer on the show of the 100 polled....is "work". That is how much most grey haired ladies in
America are racially oriented.

So my mom leaves for her appointment. And we first talk airports and aviation.....but quickly shift to politics....between me and the this elderly white haired lady. She is the political activists of the family. He was the wage earner....she the politican.

All the canidates names are dropped......Obama...McCain....Biden...Palin
Then we go to issues.....Iraq....the bailout...media bias....

In the middle of the issue.....the white haired lady says to me....."my nephew is employed by the RNC out of Washington. He travels the country. He was down for several days only last week and spent sometime with us." This lady is what is commonly called "connected".
She has friends in high places. And she is a REP.

I say...did you see where Lady Chadsworth switched from supporting Obama/Biden to McCain/Palin? She goes.....Oh yes, so very surprising.
It is on the FOXX nework. I ask do you know why? She says...was very unexpected. I say, yes it was. But here is why I think that she changed. Then I gave her the gender ratio of Obama staff.....80% male and 20% female. I think that she and other DEM women have picked up on it. Hence the switch.

The lady is doing some heavy thinking now. The wheels are definitely turning. She says.....Obama cannot win. He would be bad for the country. I agree.

She says....my son.....is in Washington...he is the general manager of a Conservative Public Radio station. I joke.....then he is surroronded.
She agrees. She says...last year he attended a White House diner and met George Bush. I again joke.....he is surrounded as well. She goes oh yes he has been. But he and his wife are really good people. A lot of bad things have occurred that were not his fault. I agree.

The lady has been picking my brain on the issues and campaign...not that there is a lot to pick. But that is how little old grey haired lady operate.

At this point my mom comes from the appointment. And the conversation ends. But I thinking.......this little old lady that Barak Obam tainted as being a racist earlier in this campaign for the Presidency....is going to go home....get on her computer to her nephew and son.....and tell them about Obama staffing gender bais.
They after fact checking it....will soon have it in the RNC ads and RNC radio talk shows.

And that Dude.....is going to be alot of votes in November.
