mylifewithu: That was about 5 years ago, a boyfriend, so I was about 47 back then and he was about 50 if I remember right.


I really don't mean to be flippant about this subject as I know this can become a big problem
I know my mom suffered when my dad lost it not even being 50 at the time.
No Viagra advailable at that time either.

well it would be a very individual thing now would it not...there is all kinds of help out there from surgery to meds...but i would say the big factor is the women....when a man loses intrest in the women then the sex is over...period...thats the real and only reason...

Sorry I do not agree.
I do understand what you mean, but men can have many other reasons of not being able to perform.
They are medical. This can be very frustrating for both the man and the woman.
Luckyly there is today more help out there.
Also there are more ways to skin a cat.

I dont know that they every lose it.

I worked in a nursing home when I was 17 and I went to check on one of my patients that was 97 and he and the little lady age 74 were rocking like there was no tomorrow.wow

It all depends. I have seen men brought into the ER in cardiac arrest because of sex and they were in their 80s. I have seen obese men in their 30s not be able to perform.

It depends a lot on how healthy they are and what their stress level and exercise level is.

It's not about age, but what kind of situation are you in? This could be for either sex- male or female. You just don't have feelings for that person any more, than you prob. don't want to do them either. Unless is is some kind of love/hate relationship.

I just call losing interest and than regaining it "I found my mojo"
