Prayers Please

My mother has taken a rather distressing turn for the worst in the past few weeks. Her body is riddled with inoperable Cancer, and her lungs are destroyed with Emphysema. She now has pneumonia and does not have long to live.
She is finally in the hospital and heavily medicated now.
She needs prayers, not for a recovery for this is just not reasonable, but for a comfortable passage.

Hugs BP! I watched my mother suffer & then finally pass away from emphysema in 2005. It was a hard thing to watch. But when she finally did pass, it was almost a relief, because I couldn't stand to watch my wonderful mother suffer any longer.

She has my prayers. And maybe she can say hi to my mom when she gets to heaven! hug

Oh sweetie I am so sorry. I have been through this, only in the home. I prayed also for my mother to pass quietly and comfortably. She fought it and it was harder for everyone.

I will pray for a quiet, comfortable peaceful passing for your dear mother.

You have it sir. When my mom was in the hospital for the same thing, I asked God to take her if she were not going to recover. he did. and I didn't forgive him for a while, then I realized he did exactly what must be done. My prayers are with you sir. Your mother already has them. I was 23 when my mom was taken. If you need to talk, I am here, as a friend.tRrose

Adding my prayer to the others for you mom and for you as it can not be an easy thing to see your mom fading awsy.
You did not say if your mom is in pain so I prayed that is she does, it will be lifted from her, angel
