mylifewithu: There would be a few more jobs around to , the American highschool and college kids are having trouble finding work, so many illegals take the restuarant jobs that work for a students hours.

Actually due to the number of them if you where to click your fingers and make them all disappear from the work force it would cause a recession of astronomical proportions the phrase “you aint seen nothing yet” comes to mind

I wasn't a real whiz in Econ...but I got the basic concepts. However, I don't know how a shortage of a "good or service" creates a recession? confused

No work force = bad just as bad as too high a work force

Workers have to be paid more which drives the piece of everything up then it just snow balls from there

I seriously doubt that, cause there are so many looking for work , they could start filling those spots pretty quick. I am sure it would be in some areas where they use only illegals. But here in town, nope.laugh laugh

Well I know for a fact all the illegals in this state and Oklahoma all get at least the minimum wage. So anyone taking their place gets the same pay.doh professor scold
