ummm.... There are NO NUKES in Iran sweetie.

The argument is that they want nuclear energy so their families can live a life like the ones that we take for granted. You know like turn on a light switch and know that a light will come on. Or put food in your fridge and know it won't spoil due to power outages.

In Canada we have lots of nuclear energy without having any nuclear bombs. Also remember, the US is the only country in history to use one.

Also a rightwinger would be more apt to agree with Johns assessment of things. Bush is a rightwinger.

It's good to back the troops hon. But remember a fighter doesn't train so he can talk his way out of a fight. John knows one thing best and I'm glad he does. I wouldn't want a soldier to practice planting lillies when the time comes for a fight.

That said, everyone human deserves compassion and it scares me that even these things that John says in jest can affect his reasoning when dealing with people that are no different than you and I (if I maybe so bold as to group us together like that). Every human being regardless of race, creed or social standing deserves to respect.

I wonder how funny John would think it was if I joked about dropping bombs on his family.

So we have two choices:
a) Preemptive and complete anihilation of Iran via the largest nuclear strike ever.

b) Tell Israel they are on their own and move as quickly as we can out of the Middle East.


John, a lot of US lives will be lost if Israel or the US goes after Iran. It's not time. There is no evidence of a nuclear weapons program, just enrichment to join the world of nuclear power. North Korea wants the same. It's tough to allow when their ideologies are so different from our own.

The world is changing and the technology is making it impossible to occupy a country any longer. The US was on the tip of technological advancements but we've only shown the little guys how to cripple us with minimal force. It's push button death these days and you can't occupy a country without food and supplies. That leaves wiping your enemy completely out of existence. I believe that will only create more enemies to wipe out of existence. How long before the rest of the countries with nuclear weapons decide we're the ones to exterminate?

It's time we stop fueling the instability in the Middle East (and time for us to stop helping Israel do the same).

dom bushes brother was not head of security of the trade buildings so get your facts straight , i seen the special on security on the twin towers. bull about Bushes being head of security. There was a gentleman head of security and before the first bombing of the trade center , he and others went into the basement of the twin towers and told them they needed to beef up security in the late 80's and that man had a plan to get people out if something should of gone wrong again. and that man also risked his life going back up those stairs to get people out . so if you have the discovery channel you really should of watch those specials on 9/11. The man who was head of security also did models on his computer to show to others what would happen to the twin towers. But you know what noone high enough in the chain took his warning. so buddy get your facts straight on that .

I do know history, I saw the twin towers fall and the pentegon, and thos brave ones ones one the flight they forced down.
