humor isn't humor unless it offends someone or something held dear to a person. No matter if it is a "blonde joke"..a "political...religious..gender" joke. It will offend someone. Tell me a joke that doesn't offend..and I show you a joke that isn't funny

It is a huge leap to make this joke appear to be about a mastectomy.
Very clearly it is about Bill Clinton grabbing breast.

any joke can be twisted to mean something else...... but again.. what a far stretch here to make it something to be offended by.

All jokes can be made into something to be offended by.. so what say you? stop all jokes because no matter what they are about, someone is going to get offended???
