Besame: Ya know, I'm amazed sometimes at how much influence one person can have at a company. She has changed us from a group of happy, well adjusted, workaholics, to a miserable, unproductive bunch who are constantly in fear of losing their jobs.
We had one like this at my last job...and I have a friend who is still there. Took two years, and a lot of damage, but she's finally gone. They're still fixing mistakes from 2 years ago because she never wanted anything fixed, just get it done quickly, numbers were all that mattered. Finally, someone got smart, others are getting fired that she promoted, and quality has become more important than quantity. Took too long, and they lost a lot of good people along the way.
