fireliter: this idea has merit but i think it could be better for all concerned if maybe a Icon next to the posters name indicating married, single not looking or single.... hell I think an icon that indicates if one is merely spearated would be great too.
even in my neighborhood i do not exclude others from conversations based on their relationship status. but my choice of phrases or words do change accordingly.
