Pat.... I specifically said in a post that this was in no way a slam to men... and that women are very capable of making the same mistakes as well as many others. It was posted in a manner meaning to benefit the men by giving a platform for a discussion.

There have been so many threads lately that deal with men asking what women want, why do nice guys finish last... etc. that I thought an article written by a man for men might be a way of answering some of those questions and opening up the topic for discussion.

I didn´t expect to get such a defensive attitude... I think most of you guys know I pretty much adore men and this is not intended as a slight.

I think a list like this and others is a bunch of crap.

I am just me. I will always be me and if someone doesn't like me and who I am, I apologize.

I understand about tweaking one's approaches towards women (and men) but the list is full of "game playing" crap that I avoid.

I am a very open and honest person. I like to communicate and see what women want and like. I proceed with the respect I afford them by being myself, and allowing them to be themselves also.

I do not want to be someone who I am not because of what someone's published list says. If women do not like who I am, then don't date me.
