The Waldgeist Restaurant at Hofheim am Taunus, Germany...
Unbelievable but true !

Hofheim is a town of the Land of Hesse 17 km West of Francfort.



The beer is served in quantities of ½, 1 or 2 litres ! cheers

You‘ll be able to devour a Schnitzel XXL
(You can order ½ or ¼ portions – Yeah! Right!)

Or a lumberjack steak
(Approx. 600 grams – just over 1¼ lb)

As a specialty, they offer you the "Bembel of Grauens" a mixture of
Bacardi rum & cola drink in a 4 litres glass
(The "Bembel des Todes" version is 8 litres)

and those plates are a challenge for most people. imagine eating such a portion, one wouldn't be able to move much afterwards!! blues
