I wss at the home of a very rich lady.
I was invited as it was the dog's birtday.
Here came all the guest bringing gift's and cards for the dog.
The hostess put the dog on her lap and started to read the
cards to the animal.
It did not take long and the dog had enough of this nonsence, and
jumped of her lap.
My friend was not happy as the dog spoiled her plans, big time.

hollandgirl: What do you guys think about people who make their dogs wear clothes?
All kinds of crazy outfits

Bodie is quite happy to wear his headscarfe
and shades.
He has to be protected from hot sun or he
burns quite easily.

laugh laugh Good! Why can't people let dogs be dogs? And the more money they have the less like dogs they let them be...doh

My dogs do not wear sweaters or hats, they don't eat my food and they don't sleep in my bed. I love them dearly, and they listen when I do tell them something...but they are dogs.

Ah, now that's different. I had an albino Doberman once that I had to put sunscreen on, sunglasses, and a visor to keep her from getting sunburned when we were out. She's the only dog I've ever humiliated that way...but it was for her own good. I did try a raincoat because she so hated to get wet, but she didn't like the coat any more than the water it protected her from...laugh She preferred standing as close to me under my umbrella as she could to do her business...and never got my feet, TG! laugh

The reason I mentioned that this lady was rich, was because my folks did not have the money to do crazy things.
You should have been there, as reading the cards was a serious thing.
I had fun watching the other guest.

Not when I manage to clip them...

No, they haven't ripped it yet. Scratched it up pretty bad 'cuz it's part of the racing track when they're running, though. laugh laugh
