You lose! I was cooking for the family when I was just a kid. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, water or milk gravy, veggies, chicken and rice, more stuff than you could shake a stick at...............I was about 10.
I came in from school and cleaned up the house....fixed supper and had it ready when mother and dad came home from the welding shop.

Belize Central America 1989 - In a Jungle Outpost..... I cooked fried chicken, chips, 3 veg, and gravey.....

I recently did a Bar-b-que for 70 odd people.... (see my pictures on my profile)

I have cooked since I was a youngster.....

I feel I am a very good 'Cook' and not a Chef

We used to swap dried powdered milk for homemade corn tortillas

Seems whenever I cook, I make enough for two to 6 people, and it's usually pretty good. I am getting much better and have been experimenting more. Just wish my reno's were done so I had a proper kitchen with more than 18 inches of counter space. laugh
