im new to the forums..and havent figured this one thing yet..i noticed that when people post..sometimes they are quoting either the original poster or someone a few places above..in other words ..if i want to reply to someone a few places above and not the 1 right above me..how do i"highlight" their quote or post as i see some of u do??

Actually, check out the quote button at the upper right part of the box.

Click on reply in the meesage you want to quote then when the box to reply comes up you will see a yes or no button above click on yes then post your meaage.

That's weird - I just click the quote button on your message and I get no prompt as to yes or no?

You can do it either way. The quote button automatically quotes, if you hit the reply button you have to select if you want to quote or not. Both can end in the same result, one is just quicker.
