I drove a truck in the past. I used to work with a guy who was x army and as fit as fuk. Every night, after his shift, no matter where he was parked, he would religiously go on a 10 mile run! He used to be a member of the armies running team.

Honestly I like myself, but if given the opportunity to change a few physical attributes, I would.

I am very unhappy with how I look because before my back got screwed up I worked out ALL the time, and I had the bod to show for it. Now, just walking around the house sometimes is difficult much less working out.

I will never regret having met my ex because had I not, I wouldn't have Brian. But had I not, I'd be a VERY different person. In some good way's, in some bad ways. Still working on pushing my limits because if I give up, I won't even walk anymore so the dislike of my physical self is important for that. It fuels me to push myself to keep walking.

I just figured I should expand on my answer from before. Yes people should accept themselves and all that psychology crap, but there's always the exception to any rule.
