Tater: Just think if the tree huggers there would allow fire fighters to burn the dead brushand tree from time to time in a contained manner, then you's wouldn't be in the situation that your in, and the smoke in the atmoshere around there would be minimized, and lots of people over the years would still be alive..

But from what I hear about CALI. your better off somewhere else..JMO



Agreed. I wonder what a fire such as the ones all over the place here does for global warming.

The one nearest me that is blanketing us with smoke I believe they have ruled as arson.

DazzleYou: I couldn't move to Europe as much as I want to tour there because of the health care system that sucks.

If I wanted to go there and work for the government I could, but that is not going to happen.


Sure our healthcare sucks - it's mostly 'free' and we have a longer life expectancy in Europe than the USA! conversing sigh

Oh wait, they don't have many doctors in Europe. That is why most of the rich in Europe travel to the U.S. for medical care because there is such a Dr. shortage in Europe.

Yeah it's crazy I see pics. of the fires on the news every night.

I had a friend that lived there for a few years and he said, that alot of times, native American's would go out and start the fires, then act like heroes and out them out.... baiscally for attention I guess???? either way it sad...cheers

I understand from my studies that the reason for the lack of MD's is that more natural medicine is practiced there...might be the reason for the longer, healthier lives.

Don't hit me...it's why I'm studying to be a Naturopath. But I still believe allopathic medicine has its good parts, too.
