DazzleYou: Not only is California bankrupt, but this stinking state is actually stinking. I have treated more respiratory issues this weekend than I think I ever have with all the smoke around here, all while I have asthma myself.

It is time to get outta this place. At least in the Midwest I only have to worry about the occasional supercell Tornado to kill me - and that is a lot more rare than these fires are.

How about Idaho or Oregon? No tornado's there
I have lived in S.California for 11 years came back to Canada.

DazzleYou: if you note another thread, sometimes I deal with self esteem issues, and I have a hard time believing someone as gorgeous as she is would even entertain the idea of being seen with my ugly mug.

You hardly have an ugly mug. And what I know of Sweet, looks wouldn't be the biggest factor anyway...it's who you are, Dazzle.

Most women could care less about how you look outside...even the gorgeous ones, that's why you see so many who date "ugly" men (physically)...and you don't fit into that category, inside or out.

So...Dazzle her! (laugh laugh laugh sorry, couldn't resist)

DazzleYou: You aren't a doctor in Europe, are you?

Oh wait, they don't have many doctors in Europe. That is why most of the rich in Europe travel to the U.S. for medical care because there is such a Dr. shortage in Europe.

Quite the opposite... there are too many Drs in the UK, so a lot of them are not able to get jobs. The UK healthcare system NHS sucks. Even the private medical system is not all that great. The Drs here do get paid well and consultants known as Mr never Dr can make more money here than in the US.

I am an American living in the UK who has had to use the UK medical system. I survived............

LOL cost of living in the UK is massive compared to PA a place I've also lived...

DazzleYou: I couldn't move to Europe as much as I want to tour there because of the health care system that sucks.

If I wanted to go there and work for the government I could, but that is not going to happen.

Come to B.C. Canada the best climate too.
Where I live it is like Tuscany. Many vineyards and wineries all around.
The Okanagan Valley is the fruit valley.
Several large lakes.
Check out Kelowna tourism.
You would have no problem to get into Canada as a doctor, Canada needs you.
Our health system is pretty good.

DazzleYou: All I know about Penny is Philly.

All I know about Philly is thugs and great sandwiches.

what I really need to do is talk to some docs there and find out what the cost of my liability and malpractice insurance would be there.

In Canada the malpractice insurance would be much lower.angel

Seinfeld had a whole show about why I could not live in Canada.

In the episode, George talks about "Shrinkage Jerry!"

Way too cold up there....and I am afraid of French Canadian people....they seem too weird for me. tongue

You are now thinking East. B.C is the Westcoast a different story.
Vancouver often gets no snow at all more rain.
You can ski and swim here at the same time.
Did you know that close to me is the only dessert in Canada?Where I live we do get snow but not a lot and surely not like back East.

I wouldn't need a fireplace at Owen's to keep the shrinkage away. innocent
